Terms of Service
These terms are non-negotiable.
do not use my art for ai/ai training or nfts.
Sketch proofs can take up to 3 weeks to complete as I have other obligations in my day to day life.
Completed works can take anywhere between weeks or months to complete. Completed works will never go past 12 months from acceptance.
Partial refund or extra art will be provided if this is the case!
100% refund available if refund request is submitted before a sketch is started. Once the project is started, the commission is non-refundable for the full amount!All extra alterations are subject to $15.00 fee that must be paid via separate invoice before being done.
Commissions that are completed are in the personal rights of the client. I will only use completed works as advertisement of my craftmenship. Commercial use such as merchandise, etc. will be asked prior to the commission being started. An additional cost will apply.
You will be sent a Sketch Proof and Color Proof for approval before the art is finished. I will always ask permission for posting on my account after the commission is completed.You will receive your completed commission files via Dropbox to the email/direct message provided to me. Other formats such as .jpeg and .psd are also available.

All clients will recieve an invoice for record keeping.
